The neighborhood of Weinland Park has a centralized landmark that serves as the elementary school and the community center. This project was to re-envision the park and develop a proposal that helped revitalize the site and the community. The concept emerged out of the need for an iconic and socio-cultural identity for the neighborhood, as well as create an educational, ecological, and recreational overlay that is sustainable for the community and the parks users.
