Abandoned Ford-Graham Site
The Ford-Graham proposal was to re-develop an abandoned car dealership in Franklin County Columbus, Ohio. The programming of the site required an urban agriculture overlay integrated into the overall design strategies. The realization of decay and abandonment that the site had experienced was the primary idea that moved the project development forward. The existing buildings had a strong presence on the site and was decided to be an integral component in the proposal. In addition, the site had numerous materials that could be collected and refurbished for an interesting and dynamic new landscape.
